Funeral services for Alice E. Mrsny, 91, of Wayne will be at 10 a.m. Friday, July 19 at Grace Lutheran Church in Wayne. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time Friday at Grace Lutheran Church in Wayne. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery in Wayne.
Alice died Monday, July 15, 2024, at her home in Wayne.
Memorials may be directed to Providence Medical Center Hospice,the ALS Association or the family of Alice Mrsny for future designation.

Alice Elaine Mrsny was born Aug. 2, 1932 in Center to Loal and Minnie (Sass) Luckert. She attended Center Public School. Alice married Frank Mrsny, Sr. July 2, 1950 at Christ Lutheran Church in Norfolk. The couple lived in Norfolk. In 1957 they moved to Wayne where Alice operated Alice’s Country Tavern north of town for many years.
Survivors include her children, Steven (Jill) Mrsny, Diana Powers-Mrsny, Debra (Kim) Kline, Kimberly (Bruce) Tresslar, Franklin Mrsny, Jeffrey Mrsny, and Kelly (Penny) Mrsny; 26 grandchildren; 55 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Frank in 2012; son, Michael in 2008; great-great grandson, Ezra Blaize Kline; grandson Jack Malasek and in-laws.
